Client / Trainer Agreement
The trainer will use their skills and knowledge to design a safe programme of exercise that will take into account the personal goals and current fitness levels of the client.
The trainer will provide the coaching, supervision advice and support that the client may need to help them achieve their goals.
The client’s progress will be regularly monitored and the programme revised and adjusted accordingly.
The trainer will provide all necessary equipment and will organise appropriate venues for all training sessions.
All client information will be kept strictly private and confidential according the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). If the trainer requires further medical information from a practitioner, the client must provide such details to enable modifications to the session if need be.
It is understood between client and trainer that both will commit to the programme and give 100% effort.
The client is required to arrive 10 minutes prior to a training session so that a full session can be achieved on each visit.
Sessions will last 1 hour unless otherwise stated and shall start at the scheduled time. Sessions will not be extended due to lateness of the client or due to interruptions caused by the client.
The client is required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Clothes should be loose fitting and non-restrictive. Footwear should be comfortable and provide adequate support.
Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ)
All clients must complete a PARQ before commencing any exercise programme.
Your trainer may require a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from your GP. Please be aware that your GP may charge you for this.
48 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments.
Notice of less than 48 hours notice will incur full payment of the session fee. This will be adhered to in all cases.
If the client is late for a session the session will not be extended and will end at the appointed time.
If the trainer is late, additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions.
Fee Charging Policy
Payment must be made online at the time of booking. All sessions must be redeemed within 3 months (12 weeks) of purchase.
Clients agree to pay a minimum of 3 monthly payments at the agreed rate by standing order. Standing order’s can only be cancelled by providing one month’s notice in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All monies paid are non-refundable.
Your training may be filmed or pictures taken for marketing purposes. Your participation in a Session means you consent to photography, filming and sound recording which may include you as a Client and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.
